Protiviti is looking for an Contract Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing & Communications team.

What You Can Expect

We’re seeking a versatile contract Integrated Graphic Designer who has an eye for design and a strong digital background. You’ll collaborate with Art Directors, other designers, business requesters, and various teams to develop designs for campaigns that evolve our brand and elevate customer experience across a suite of assets including but not limited to tradeshow booths, signage, email, landing pages, advertising, presentations, internal comms and more. As a designer on our award winning team, you’ll continue to develop and refine your skills while growing in concepting, pitching and defending your work, and leveraging data to define design strategy. Do Your Talents Include the Following?

• Strong ability to concept new designs for cross-channel programs/campaigns including but not limited to digital, print and interactive pieces
• Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of global brands and businesses.
• Participating and contributing to brainstorming, campaign development and creative execution
• Pushing the envelope on developing net-new creative content based loosely on existing designs
• Experience directly contributing to project design and development; creating storyboards and initial graphic concepts.
• Independently take action and initiative to define and solve complex issues that arise within the course of a project
• Able to ensure consistent, cohesive, creative throughout all print and digital materials to ensure overall objective is met and experience is seamless.
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, you are highly adaptable and prioritize according to deadlines.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience (e.g., Visual Arts or Social Sciences)
• Working in creative services industry/function. Experience working in an agency or in-house team environment, with various procedures and communicating well with clients and teammates a plus
• Excellence in all Adobe Mac platform software.
• HTML and responsive design a plus
