We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Graphic Design Specialist with a strong background in design principles, particularly in style, typography, and composition layout. Key Responsibilities
Utilize design principles to assess and make decisions on design quality of prompt visual outputs
Review and edit design prompts, ensuring clarity
Have a user empathy lens to create functional and visually appealing content
Manage a high volume of work efficiently, maintaining quality while focusing on scale
Quickly adapt to changes and learn new tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with other team members and design lead to integrate design feedback and improve outputs
Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and striving for continuous improvement
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant design experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Figma, Adobe Creative Tools, PowerPoint
Proven experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in style, typography, and composition layout
Familiarity with and examples of text to image AI technology use (can be sent separately if not in portfolio)
Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and pivot as needed
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Comfortable with receiving and implementing constructive feedback
Preferred:
Experience with copy writing or editing for clarity and grammar

Years of Experience Required: 3+ overall years of experience in the field
Degrees or Certifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field is required to be eligible for this role
Disqualifiers: Candidates who does not have a portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills
Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate has examples of strong style, composition, and typographic work while being excited to move into work involving AI technologies
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, over time gaining ownership and able to work independently
