The Position:

We are seeking an energetic and creative Graphic Designer to join our expanding team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong visual sense and a passion for design. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with type, color, and multimedia, and have an entrepreneurial spirit, we want to hear from you.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Reports directly to the Creative Director and Director of Events.

- Design logos, signage, backdrops and printed materials for live events.

- Assist with website design and management.

- Create graphics used in video, web stories and social media.

- Design and maintain assets for internal use.

Requirements:

- College degree with graphic design experience. Print or editorial experience is a plus.

- Entry-level to 2 years of experience is ideal.

- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Canva, CSS and Wordpress knowledge is a plus.

- Solid conceptual thinking and ability to bring ideas to life.

- Must be self-motivated and take initiative, and have attention to detail.

- Must be able to have fun and laugh.
