Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our stellar team. Manning, APC is a respected architecture, interior design, and planning firm with 38+ years of experience in the United States and beyond. Headquartered in New Orleans with offices in Dallas and Washington, DC, we bring our clients' visions to fruition. We collaborate with our rich mix of clients and partners to improve the quality of life in the communities where we live and work through informative design solutions.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing brand standards, vision, and voice across various platforms. You will work closely with our business development and marketing teams as we pursue new opportunities. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our Dallas or New Orleans offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Promotion:

• Ensure efficient and effective planning of marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Contribute to maintaining our Unanet CRM database, inputting data and graphics, including resume, project sheet, and marketing materials templates for automated production.
• Develop and maintain firm brochures, resumes, business cards, project sheets, and the project image database.
• Maintain the visual image of the firm across all platforms.
• Organize and submit Manning entries to local and national design competitions.

Business Development:

• Collaborate with the Business Development team to create cohesive strategies for assembling proposals.
• Continue developing and executing our lead generation document (proposal resources).
• Conduct detailed assessments of RFP requirements and incorporate consultant data for proposals.
• Provide comprehensive support for RFP submittals, including layout, production, and conversion of subconsultant’s marketing materials to Manning graphic standards.

Project Management:

• Conduct post-submittal lessons learned to improve the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of future submissions.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform strategic planning.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Incorporate business objectives and requirements for various assignments, including estimating time requirement to complete work accurately.
• Work with a range of media and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.

What You Will Bring:

• Ability to develop creative solutions to complex communication problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Comprehensive and expert user of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
• 5 years minimum graphic design experience – experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is strongly preferred.
