Graphic Designer

Paladin is now LHH Recruitment Solutions! We are partnering with our long-time wellness and consumer goods client in their search for a fully remote Graphic Designer to join their team on a permanent basis. As the newest member of their design team, you will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to execute on design work for a variety of outlets, including campaigns, events, product, packaging and similar. You will support design efforts from concept to execution, leveraging Adobe Creative Suite expertise and any additional skills that make you a well-rounded designer. This is a growth opportunity for an earlier career designer to grow and continue to learn! To be a fit, you should bring 2+ years of graphic design experience working in print and digital mediums, and experience in consumer-facing environments.

This is a fully remote role but there is a strong preference for candidates currently in PST or in close proximity the West Coast. There will be some opportunity to travel to events and all-hands team meetings (<10% annually). This is a salaried role ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 annually with potential for bonus depending on company and individual performance. You will:

• Work with design and other cross-functional teams on a variety of graphic, brand, print and similar design projects for the company
• Develop design projects that work across all brand experiences, from packaging and products to digital
• Support design leadership in execution and production work for projects
• Master brand guidelines for the parent organization and partner brands, serving as a subject matter expert for brand standards

Your experience should include:

• 2+ years of experience in design with a strong web portfolio showcasing work across print, digital, visual and brand design
• Experience in B2C organizations with an understanding of both print and digital design principles and practices for consumer audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, highly preferred
• Expert Adobe Creative Suite experience; Additional technical proficiencies and skills in 3D design, illustration or similar, a big plus
• Ability to thrive in a remote environment
• An interest in continued learning and growth
