Description

Groot Hospitality is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team! We are a leader in Miami's hospitality scene, known for our collection of top-tier restaurants, nightclubs, and hotels. In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in crafting the visual identity of our diverse portfolio, creating engaging content that captures the essence of the Groot experience for Restaurant Vertical.

  • Design eye-catching graphics for various marketing materials, including menus, social media posts, website graphics, event collateral, and print advertisements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to understand campaign goals and develop creative concepts that align with brand messaging.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring adherence to Groot's brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends and technologies, constantly seeking new ways to visually elevate our brand.
  • Work effectively with internal teams, including marketers, content creators, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced design environment (agency or hospitality experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality and engaging visual content for various platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles and best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen eye for detail.
