Graphic Designer

Our Massachusetts retail client is looking for an Email Designer with 4+ years' experience for an immediate long term contract specifically focused on emails; you'll be working on wireframing, designing and improving returns rates for emails as well as improving existing templates.

• Improve existing emails by wireframing, designing and improving return and template
• Assit with production and support Creative Director and creative team in a fast paced environment.
• Ensure all-around consistency in voice, tone and brand for emails
• Work on existing email templates and contribute new ideas
• Develop and maintain an understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and our audiences
• Manage multiple projects for yourself and those that you are mentoring
• Review graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness for our brand and provide feedback when edits are needed
• Maintain graphic consistency across all deliverables
• Collaborate with the rest of the creative and advertising teams across different types of mediums
• Required Qualifications
• Experience using HTML and cascading style sheets (CSS) to build creative and eye-catching emails
• Strong portfolio with previous samples of emails.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, persuasive in presenting ideas to internal teams
• Able to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Critical eye for detail and strong organizational skills
• Comprehensive awareness of current and emerging design and technology trends
• A creative thinker, able to bring fresh ideas to all design challenges
• At least 4+ years of experience of Graphic Design, preference given for retail, furniture or fashion experience
• Experience with In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and some HTML/CSS.
