Your role

Based in our headquarters in Miami, Florida (US) and reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you are responsible for organizing and implementing the creation of digital and print content for both B2C and B2B efforts. Together with the marketing team you will increase brand awareness and drive sales, your primary tasks being:

•            Develop creative materials for marketing concepts across various platforms, including online marketing, packaging, hangtags, product labels, social media, newsletters, automated email series, home page banners, site banners, and sales materials

•            Produce and edit e-commerce imagery, encompassing graphics, photography, and e-commerce videography

•            Create creative collateral in alignment with established visual brand standards

•            Execute designs based on marketing guidelines and goals, ensuring consistency across all materials

•            Develop dynamic ads for digital marketing campaigns

•            Track digital content needs for both B2C and B2B, including image flats and lookbooks

•            Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies when necessary

•            Generate creative ideas and concepts for new campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives

•            Stay informed about design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the brand's visual identity

What is important to us

·       BA degree in Graphic / Communication Design

·       Proficiency in Adobe CS Suite required

·       2-4 years of visual digital design experience

·       Email campaign and image retouching experience

·       Solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation.

·       Marketing experience, preferably in a luxury brand environment.

·       Strong conceptual thinking and great communication skills

·       Must be very organized, detail-oriented, and flexible.

·       Experience with email marketing platforms a plus
