In this pivotal role, you will ensure the visual quality of our AI-generated outputs, balancing creative and business priorities. Our environment is fast-paced and innovative, focusing on scale and high volume while maintaining quality, so the ability to pivot, learn quickly, and stay agile is essential. Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize design principles to assess and make decisions on design quality of prompt visual outputs.
• Review and edit design prompts, ensuring clarity.
• Have a user empathy lens to create functional and visually appealing content.
• Manage a high volume of work efficiently, maintaining quality while focusing on scale.
• Quickly adapt to changes and learn new tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with other team members and design lead to integrate design feedback and improve outputs.
• Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and striving for continuous improvement.
Requirements:

Location: Remote
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $95,000- $105,000 Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
