Job Description:

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Graphic Design Specialist with a strong background in design principles, particularly in style, typography, and composition layout. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the visual quality of our AI-generated outputs, balancing creative and business priorities. Our environment is fast-paced and innovative, focusing on scale and high volume while maintaining quality, so the ability to pivot, learn quickly, and stay agile is essential. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology and be part of an industry-transforming journey.


Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize design principles to assess and make decisions on design quality of prompt visual outputs.

• Review and edit design prompts, ensuring clarity.

• Have a user empathy lens to create functional and visually appealing content.

• Manage a high volume of work efficiently, maintaining quality while focusing on scale.

• Quickly adapt to changes and learn new tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with other team members and design lead to integrate design feedback and improve outputs.

• Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and striving for continuous improvement.



Requirements:

1. Experience with Graphic design.

2. Experience with high volume creative work.

3. Some familiarity and work with text to image AI technology.


Location: Remote

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $95,000- $105,000 Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
