4 Corner Resources is currently looking for a Graphic Designer for one of our innovative education clients in the Manhattan, KS area. The ideal candidate has over 2+ years of experience, extensive knowledge in Adobe and is ready to take the next step in their professional career. This role is a 6-month contract with opportunity for permanency and is fully onsite in Manhattan, KS.
Graphic Designer Job Responsibilities:
Work cross functionally with different teams to create graphic design materials both print and digital for a variety of departments.
Provide expertise for the entire lifecycle of projects from conception to delivery.
Assist in the creative process and behind-the-scenes work of design projects.
Meet with clients to understand their goals and ensure design solutions to achieve them.
Attend development and review meetings to ensure project completion.
Supports multiple proposals in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high levels of customer service and quality.
Shares ideas with internal team on best practices around visual designs, usability, and supporting technologies.
Graphic Designer Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 2+ years of recent experience as a graphic designer.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
Experience with illustration, motion graphics and animation.
Background in brand development or logo design.
Previous experience with publications and layout work.
Experience using an online project management system.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team driven environment.
Strong editing skills and excellent communication skills.
Background in education industry preferred.
Graphic Designer Additional Details:
Pay: $21-26/hr. (based on experience)
Fully onsite in Manhattan, KS.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5.
