Immediate Opening for a Grants Manager

Location: Miami around Downtown

Schedule: 8:30-5:00; 1 day remote a week; except for end of month

Salary: $55-$75,000 (possible stretch to $80,000)

The Grants Manager is responsible for mainting compliance with government funding allocated to various community programs. And should have leadership experience as this role acts as a main point of contact and between internal deparments and external relations. This role reportst to the Director and as a Manager has excellent exposure to the Executive Leadership group.

Main Keys/Job Duties are:

• Manages funding for federal, county and local grants
• Peforms monthly billing for grant re-imburesements in software
• Maintains invoices and reports used to bill sponsors

Other helpful Experience:

• Evaluates, reviews and upkeeps project documents, submtials and detailed items such as itemized accounting of costs
• Serves as a liaison between fundees/recipients and external partners
• Updates reporting to executive leadership
• Provides expertise to program officials, awardees, and others supporting by answering questions or with training and etc.
