Grants Manager

Robert Half has partnered with a nonprofit organization in search of a skilled Grants Manager for a contract-to-hire position. This role is 100% on-site in Downtown Miami, FL

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive grant strategies to secure funding for the organization's programs and initiatives.
• Research potential grant opportunities from various sources including government agencies, foundations, and corporations.
• Prepare grant proposals, applications, and supporting documents in accordance with funder requirements.
• Manage the full grant lifecycle, from application submission to reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure alignment between grant funding and organizational goals.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with grant-making organizations and funders.
• Monitor grant budgets and expenditures, working closely with finance staff as needed.
• Track and report on grant progress, outcomes, and impact to stakeholders.
• Stay informed about trends and best practices in grant management and fundraising.
• Assist in the development of grant-related policies, procedures, and guidelines as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience with Grants and Grant Accounting
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA preferred
• Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
