A world-renowned organization is seeking an Associate Controller/Grants Manager to handle the administration of inclusive budget reviews & submissions, pre & post-awards, cash flow activities, billing activities, and budget modifications. This professional will work closely with the finance and development teams to ensure monthly close and quarterly materials are accurately submitted.   • Oversee invoicing, financial reporting, labor distribution changes, reconciliations, budget adjustments, and grant closeout processes
  • .Manage grant awards, ensuring all allowable expenses (personnel & OTPS), including indirect rates, are properly budgeted and accounted for
  • .Forecast monthly cash flow, considering expected grant spending, capital expenditures, and incoming funding sources throughout the grant's duration
  • .Ensure timely preparation and submission of all required financial reports in accordance with the Museum’s standards and donor requirements
  • .Monitor collection activities to ensure invoices are submitted and collected promptly, and reconciled within the accounting system, escalating delays in receivables as necessary
  • .Plan proactively for new system and process implementations, leading Development and Finance team stakeholders in adopting more efficient workflows related to grant funding
  • .Collaborate with the Accounting team to support AR schedules, cash reconciliation, year-end audits, and relevant journal entries
