Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Grant Administrator on the Addiction Science team within the Missouri Institute of Mental Health at the University of Missouri–St. Louis. The Grant Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day grant management, including budgeting, compliance, and reporting. This role is located in Greater St. Louis, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Prior experience in grant management or administration
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Knowledge of grant compliance and reporting requirements
Excellent communication, cognitive flexibility, and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Experience with grant management software is a plus
