Job Title: Budget Manager
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Program personnel and maintain strong working relationships with Assistant Vice Presidents and Program Directors.
Develop program and administrative budgets, forecasts, and budget modifications as required by contracts.
Analyze monthly program financial results and review quarterly and annual budget reports with the finance team and program leadership.
Coordinate with funding agencies, including financial reporting to grants administration and responding to information requests from federal, state, and local government management offices.
Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
Handle special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required.
Minimum of 3 years of managerial and relevant experience.
Knowledge of accounting principles accepted in the United States and cost accounting principles.
Operational accounting experience required, including budgeting, forecasting, grant monitoring, and variance reporting.
Experience with federal contract reporting is a plus.
Compensation Information:
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 annually
