We are currently looking to fill a Goldsmith/Bench Jeweler position with a Tulsa based jeweler.
As a Goldsmith,you will be responsible for delivering impeccable craftsmanship in all jewelry repairs and custom-designed jewelry, ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding the integrity of the brand.
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday - 40 hours per week.
Pay: $18-$27.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Repair Excellence: Perform each repair ensuring quality workmanship striving for zero defects.
Stone Inspection: Inspect stones prior to setting to ensure quality, fit, and aesthetics.
Efficient Repair Completion: Complete repairs efficiently and within designated timelines, notifying the service department of any delays.
Resource Conservation: Economically use stones, raw materials, and parts, safeguarding against loss, pilferage, and theft.
Security Measures: Secure finished work and work in progress in the vault at the close of each business day.
Schedule Planning: Plan and arrange activities into logical and feasible schedules to optimize productivity.
Shop Maintenance: Keep areas clean and organized, ensuring a tidy and professional workspace.
Mentoring, Training and Development: Effectively train other goldsmiths and sales staff on safe practices, including inspection, cleaning, and polishing techniques, to maintain jewelry integrity.
