About Us

We’re a design house that believes in making one-of-a-kind objects of celebration, to put it simply. Not only are we a collective looking to push the limits of our craft, but we’re setting out to evolve the language and perception of what fine jewellery can be.

Why you’d want to be on our team

Our work environment and approach to making can be attributed to our punk-ethos and renegade spirit. Both our Highland Park showroom and workshop welcome people who are eager to do things differently. Collectively, we seek adventure. At the end of the day, we’re a team of incredibly talented folks taking calculated risks and conquering really fulfilling challenges together—bound by our love of providing others with joy.

At Polly Wales, we are committed to achieving a representative, equitable, and inclusive workplace. We believe that the best work results from a team with diverse backgrounds and lived experiences—and we employ all individuals, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, ability, religion, or other defining characteristics.

Complete our application outlining your skills and what makes you the best next hire at Polly Wales.

This position requires use of your personal vehicle. A valid US driver’s license, clean driving record, up-to-date registration, and auto insurance are required. Polly Wales will provide reimbursement for mileage at 67 cents/mile.

Compensation

Benefits

Our philosophy can be traced back to the United Kingdom in the 90s where Polly spent her youth submerged in the national counter-culture movement and rave scene. Not only was this a time of social and political upheaval, but it was one of unabashed creative freedom. Creative freedom only exists where love and care does—which is why it’s of utmost importance to us to offer competitive salaries with 401k option, employer-sponsored health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, an annual jewellery budget and an employee discount.

Expectations

We’ll be reviewing applications and interviewing applicants continuously. We’ll do our best to communicate what to expect along the way, but given the high volume of applicants, we may not be able to respond to everyone.
