Global Supply Chain Manager -- Remote | WFH

Responsibilities

Global Procurement Strategy Implementation: Support the development and execution of global procurement strategies, encompassing materials, indirect services, trade, transportation, strategic sourcing, and supplier quality.

Process Improvement and Efficiency: Analyze procurement-related issues, implement solutions to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, and establish best practices through benchmarking and surveys.

Performance Monitoring and Enhancement: Facilitate annual objectives and dashboards with global/divisional procurement leads, ensuring continuous improvement in cost reduction, supplier quality, and delivery performance.

Supplier Management and Audits: Conduct supplier audits, monitor reports, and oversee improvement activities. Implement plans to enhance cost, productivity, quality, delivery, and inventory management.

Training and Change Management: Identify training needs, deliver training sessions for stakeholders, and promote change management within the global organization.

Communication and Collaboration: Ensure clear communication internally and externally, support procurement activities, and lead efforts to achieve customer satisfaction through effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Passion for Procurement: Demonstrated passion for procurement and supply chain management, with proven experience in developing and implementing global procurement strategies.

Experience and Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, with a strong understanding of industrial markets such as manufacturing, transportation, and logistics.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

Collaboration and Leadership: Proven ability to collaborate across different divisions and teams, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.

Educational Background: Degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field preferred.
