Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Global Supply Chain Manager at 1TCC. The Global Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for demand planning, supply management, inventory management, procurement, and utilizing analytical skills. They will oversee end-to-end supply chain execution, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, track and trace, planning, and forecasting. The Global Supply Chain Manager will work remotely and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
• Execute all inventory control, storage, shipping, and receiving activities within the organization on a global basis
• Able to manage all aspects of a large scale and complex Operations-related project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget
• Responsible for global purchasing, inventory management and freight & logistics at tactical level.
• Responsible for managing metrics to ensure accurate inventory and prevent supply interruption
• Interpret inventory requests, orders, and other documents to coordinate materials handling activities with the organization’s current and anticipated demand for goods and materials
• Coordinate purchasing, receiving, and shipping transactions in ERP system and generate reports and dashboards as needed
• Oversee inventory control systems that track the status of purchase orders, inventory levels, and production requirements
• Continually review current 3PL’s and possible future providers; develop and maintain strong and effective partnerships
• Initiate projects to improve supply chain processes, improve supply chain efficiency, and reduce supply chain cost
• Design, communicate, and implement operational plans for completing projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, minimize delays
• Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team
