The Global Marketing Director is a critical leadership role with P&L responsibility for one of its flagship businesses. This marketer will have leadership of the marketing function including marketing strategies, annual plans, consumer insights driven innovation, brand communications, go-to-market activation, media, brand equity, and design for omni-channel. Tenure in CPG brand marketing, with global experience and P&L management, is REQUIRED.
Job Details:
Assist in building global brand strategy for flagship business
Take strong leadership role in development of annual brand plans, building out short-term strategy & annual KPIs and measuring results delivery
Assist in building long-range strategic plan
Assist in driving P&L statement through strong financial management, improved profitability targets, cost cutting, and complexity reduction
Partner with consumer insights to determine research needed to support business strategies and deliver winning propositions to market
Lead organization in setting price, promotional strategy, and trade strategy
Grow brands in eCommerce channel including launching innovation for channel, achieving first page position, and setting media strategy in partnership with media leader or customer expert
Develop omni-channel strategic plan identifying where to play and how to win
Leverage analytics to identify business growth opportunities and translate into revenue or market share improvement
