They are now looking for a talented Global Marketing Director with management experience, to inspire and lead the marketing team in the development of cutting-edge, disruptive growth strategies and to spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns. This global opportunity is incredibly exciting, offering someone the autonomy of developing the brands marketing strategy, project manage all new product launches and lead all PR aspects globally.
Global Marketing Director - Key Responsibilities:
Develop global data-based marketing strategy and plan timings for all initiatives and the megabrand.
Collaborate with sales teams across geographies and with digital partners and agencies. Cross- functional relationships will be central to your role.
Create and manage the global marketing budget
Continually check & evolve go-to-market strategy relying on analysis and understanding of country results, retail landscape and business dynamics.
Provide thorough data-based media-mix across digital, OOH, events, print and PR strategy; ensure the execution as well as reporting, continuously adjusting according to ROI
Own project management amongst your team for new product launches, holiday moments and megabrand
Explore new creative opportunities to enhance brand recognition and consumer engagement.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of four marketing professionals, fostering their growth and development.
Create and manage the global marketing calendar to ensure all initiatives stay on track, working closely with the creative team to ensure flawless execution for all brand assets.
Lead and manage all PR aspect globally; coordinate with the social media team to ensure optimal coverage from PR and Influencers. You will represent the company at PR events, retailer meetings and industry events.
Inspire and care for your team: manage and develop the global marketing team to be on the cutting-edge of disruptive aggressive growth marketing
Global Marketing Director – Skills & Experience:
Operated in a Marketing role, globally.
Previously worked in scaling organizations
Experience within the beauty industry.
Experience owning agency relationships,
Strong leadership and team management skills - must have managed teams previously (2+).
Commercially focused – KPI and ROI driven.
Ability to analyze and review marketing metrics and trends to identify opportunities and threats.
Proven budget & project management success and extensive knowledge of all aspects of marketing
