Global Integrated Campaign Manager (6 month maternity cover)

Job Description

SUSE is hiring an experienced Global Integrated Campaign Manager (6 month maternity cover), responsible for the creation and optimisation of targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate demand, accelerate conversions, and drive pipeline. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Global Demand Generation & Programs, and will require working cross-functionally within Marketing and the wider business.

Location: Remote in UK, Ireland, or US Eastern time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, drive, and evaluate global awareness and demand generation programs across audiences, industries, sales channels, and/or Business Units - in direct support of revenue targets.
  • Design end-to-end prospect and customer experiences as we usher them through the funnel.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and global Business Unit stakeholders to develop clear, concise, value-driven messaging.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Ops to keep informed of our lead/account scoring and routing models, to inform nurture strategies and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops, key stakeholders, and our tech stack to create and refine dynamic audiences, targeted at the account and persona level.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and external paid media agencies to select SEO keywords and SEM copy to fuel our digital strategy.
  • Work alongside the content team to design content calendars, create digital ads, and write landing page and email copy (integrating customer and partner stories where appropriate).
  • Join forces with Field Marketing to develop and execute a united global marketing plan, aligned towards our shared KPIs.
  • Proactively own quality control, updating, and performance optimisation across all activities, including always-on, nurture, SEO, and SEM.
  • Leverage testing/optimization (A/B, AI, etc.) to continuously increase performance and efficiency, and provide recommendations based on marketing and company KPIs.
  • Own internal communication around all programs and processes, including reporting on full funnel performance, at all levels of seniority.

Education And Experience Required

  • BA/BS or equivalent.
  • 8+ years experience across several marketing or integrated campaign disciplines.
  • Proven experience leading, driving, and measuring global virtual teams, contractors, and agencies toward common goals.
  • Experience in the online marketing space (web, email, search, database marketing, chat marketing, podcasting, blogging, privacy, e-business, etc), including trends and technologies.
  • Experience managing budgets.
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Nice to have: Experience with 6sense or TechTarget Priority Engine.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Highly resourceful and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, channels, tactics, and tools.
  • Knowledge of vertical, sales segment, and account-based marketing.
  • Ability to link plans and activities to business results.
  • Process-driven, with superior organization and program/project management skills.
  • Strong team player with a great attitude, to compliment a great Marketing team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, at all levels of management.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of SUSE industry and company offerings.
