Description:

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with IT/IS, preferably in manufacturing (4+ years)
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure and application support
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, cloud technology, CRM solutions, and project management tools


Leadership & Management Skills:

  • Proven ability to develop and deliver IT strategy
  • Experience managing and leading a team of IS professionals
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and meet spending targets


Business Acumen:

  • Experience working with business leaders and understanding their needs
  • Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
  • Strong understanding of compliance and security requirements

  • Experience with acquisitions/integrations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development
  • Ability to comply with ITAR and IMEX regulations
