Condé Nast Commercial Creative is seeking a Global Associate Manager of Brand Marketing for Glamour and SELF. Condé Nast brands have a passionate global audience that is unparalleled, and the global brand marketing team is charged with working closely with editorial to determine where and how Glamour and SELF need to show up in the world to drive relevance for audiences and advertisers.

This role will support the brand marketing team in driving commercial revenue, working closely with editorial, category-led creative strategists and other cross-functional partners (e.g. Creative, Commercial Sales, Research & Insights, Events, Consumer Marketing, etc.) to create brand programs with both global importance and local expression, curated for the platforms and nuances of each market.

The ideal candidate is passionate about health, wellness, women-forward storytelling, and a strategic, fast-moving marketer who recognizes the unique opportunities that Glamour and SELF unlock in the hearts and minds of our audience. Candidates should be energized by the idea of forging a new path in the media landscape and excited to tackle new creative challenges every day.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support daily interactions with internal stakeholders to help shape and vet revenue-driving programs that will speak to the Glamour and SELF audiences.
  • Understand Glamour and SELF audiences, the competitive landscape, and industry trends to help differentiate us from competitors.
  • Contribute in brainstorms and work with category-based teams to marry advertiser initiatives with creative concepts that are authentic to the Glamour and SELF ethos and voices.
  • Help articulate the brands’ go-to-markets to educate global sales and marketing teams on the full suites of products, initiatives, and partnerships.
  • Work closely with the team to develop and package sponsorship opportunities for key editorial initiatives. (e.g. Glamour Women of the Year; SELF Conditionally)
  • Evangelize editorial programs and products internally and externally. Act as a spokesperson, attending sales calls to help articulate and sell-through partnerships.
  • Support the development of proactive opportunities to draw endemic (Pharma, Finance, Tech, CPG) and non-endemic (Fashion, Auto, Vice) advertising partners to the brands across all platforms, including video, digital, social, and experiential.

Role Requirements

  • 2-3+ years qualifying experience
  • Some experience with and a passion for publishing, brand marketing, or digital media
  • Extremely strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and an editorial mindset; the ability to speak to all aspects of a brand and its initiatives accurately and in a way that's equal parts easy-to-understand and compelling
  • Next-level attention to detail with an appreciation for process documents and trackers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated detailed thinking, exemplary accountability and follow through
  • Insightful problem solving
  • Work ethic and interpersonal skills that inspire collaboration and motivate creative thinking
  • Knowledge of and passion for health, wellness, and women-forward storytelling.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $66,000-$74,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.

For bonus-eligible roles only: In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
