Global Alliance Director – ServiceNow


As the Alliance Lead for ServiceNow Partnership in North America, your primary responsibility is to develop, manage, and nurture a strategic alliance with ServiceNow. Your role is critical in driving mutual growth and success for both your organization and ServiceNow.

You will work closely with various teams internally and collaborate with their team to achieve common objectives.


Here is a detailed job description:

Strengthen & grow the regional relationship in North America with ServiceNow driving incremental revenue growth through alliance influence.

▪ Develop the joint GTM strategy and execute on Joint business plans in conjunction with key stakeholders and ServiceNow.

▪ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at ServiceNow, including executives, sales, marketing, and technical teams.

▪ Collaborate with the sales teams to identify and target new customers and markets.

▪ Conduct orientation sessions for the organization's sales team on ServiceNow’s value proposition, sales plays.

▪ Ensure ServiceNow’s account teams are well versed with Client's offerings.

▪ Collaborate with the marketing teams to create joint marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the partnership and drive brand awareness.

▪ Identify opportunities for co-marketing and co-selling activities.

▪ Track and publish the Partner dashboard (KPIs) to measure the health of the partnership.

▪ Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of our Industry offerings with ServiceNow’s platform.

▪ Address partner escalations and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

▪ Ensure executive mapping

▪ Flexibility to operate in multiple time zones and ability to handle frequent travel.

▪ Highly energetic with strong grit and passion


You will stand out if you have the following.


▪ Experience working with ServiceNow, Enterprise Apps/ITSM/ITOM/Infra OEMs or their SI partners.

▪ Experience working with Senior Executives/decision makers to determine their business needs, playing the role of a Valued advisor.

▪ Understanding of building/executing business strategy

▪ Entrepreneurial spirit
