Your Role :


Global Alliance Director – ServiceNow.


As the Alliance Lead for ServiceNow Partnership in North America, your primary responsibility is to develop, manage, and nurture a strategic alliance with ServiceNow. Your role is critical in driving mutual growth and success for both your organization and ServiceNow. You will work closely with various teams internally and collaborate with their team to achieve common objectives.


Here is a detailed job description:


Your day at work will be like (Roles & Responsibilities)


▪ Strengthen & grow the regional relationship in North America with ServiceNow driving incremental revenue growth through alliance influence.

▪ Develop the joint GTM strategy and execute on Joint business plans in conjunction with key stakeholders and ServiceNow.

▪ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at ServiceNow, including executives, sales, marketing, and technical teams.

▪ Collaborate with the sales teams to identify and target new customers and markets.

▪ Conduct orientation sessions for LTIM’s organization's sales team on ServiceNow’s value proposition, sales plays.

▪ Ensure ServiceNow’s account teams are well versed with LTIM’s offerings.

▪ Collaborate with the marketing teams to create joint marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the partnership and drive brand awareness.

▪ Identify opportunities for co-marketing and co-selling activities.

▪ Track and publish the Partner dashboard (KPIs) to measure the health of the partnership.

▪ Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of our Industry offerings with ServiceNow’s platform.

▪ Address partner escalations and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

▪ Ensure executive mapping with joint governance with ServiceNow.

▪ Increasing LTIM’s visibility in ServiceNow’s partner events, conferences, social media.

▪ Flexibility to operate in multiple time zones and ability to handle frequent travel.

You will stand out if you have the following.(Good to have).


▪ Experience working with ServiceNow, Enterprise Apps/ITSM/ITOM/Infra OEMs

or their SI partners.

▪ Experience working with Senior Executives/decision makers to determine their

business needs, playing the role of a Valued advisor.

▪ Understanding of building/executing business strategy

▪ Entrepreneurial spirit.


As the Alliance Lead for ServiceNow Partnership in North America, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation through this strategic collaboration. Your ability to build strong relationships, drive business outcomes, and navigate complex technical landscapes will be crucial to your success in this role.


Pay Range:


Base Salary:$230,000 per annum to $240,000 per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level plus


In addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
