Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
  • 4 years of experience working in the CPG industry.
  • 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience driving business growth for the client.
  • Experience in a leadership role.

As a Global Account Executive, you will help to provide integrated, cross-platform advertising solutions to bring Google's partnership with our client to new heights. You will work in the Global headquarters in Cincinnati, OH as well as the regional headquarters around the world to understand their business objectives, recommend Google solutions to meet their needs and drive growth. You will serve as an advocate within Google to help them, while collaborating with Global and Regional stakeholders to land strategic priorities through our joint business plan (JBP). In this client-facing sales role, you can develop deep industry expertise and showcase your ability to influence C-level client relationships.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. Lead regional relationship to drive partnership forward, unlocking key opportunities for growth.
  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients. Develop communication expertise (creative excellence) pillar of JBP, aligning on key workstreams, tapping into relevant resources and delivering on projects to improve creative effectiveness.
  • Plan and achieve goals through the presentation of Google advertising solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
