What You Will Be Doing

• Managing and overseeing the field team on all active projects
• Scheduling, managing, supervising work w/ subcontractors and tenants
• Right-hand man to the President and VP, communicating consistently with project progress
• Keeping all projects on budget and timeline, working through challenges collaboratively with the field and office teams
  
  

What You Need for this Position

• Minimum 15 years experience as a Superintendent (some project management experience also), focusing on Tenant Improvement projects in the Bay Area
• Go-getter mentality with company and personal growth in mind
• Be a leader and face of our company
