Job Description: We are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee high-rise multifamily construction projects in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading high-rise projects in Florida, demonstrating exceptional leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for high-rise multifamily projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, track progress, and implement corrective actions as needed to stay on track.
• Oversee site logistics, including material delivery, equipment management, and workforce allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among all site personnel.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, milestones, and potential risks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years as a General Superintendent overseeing high-rise multifamily projects in Florida.
• In-depth knowledge of Florida building codes, regulations, and construction best practices.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• OSHA certification and other relevant safety training are preferred.
