The Role: General Manager
We're seeking an experienced, independent, and innovative leader to take ownership of our Philadelphia location. As General Manager, you'll lead a team of approximately 20 talented individuals, delivering unforgettable experiences to over 1,500 customers weekly. This role requires a perfect balance of operational excellence, financial acumen, and a passion for creating joy.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Operations:
Foster an exceptional, guest-centered culture that consistently exceeds expectations
Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction
Ensure facility safety, appearance, and compliance with company standards
Manage inventory and supply ordering
Identify and address operational performance gaps
Develop and implement creative programming to drive sales and engagement
Financial Management:
Drive top-line sales growth
Analyze financial reports and manage budgets effectively
Control expenses while maintaining service quality
Achieve both top and bottom-line revenue goals
Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll management
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
Community Engagement & Marketing:

Collaborate with our central marketing and sales teams on promotions and partnerships
Innovation & Growth:
Contribute to the evolution of our concept as we expand nationally

Ideal Qualifications
10+ years of management experience, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or related fields
Proven track record in food & beverage operations, including alcohol service
Experience leading new location openings and grand events
Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
Bachelor's degree preferred
Deep knowledge of and connections in the Philadelphia market
