BGSF is partnered with our manufacturing client and seeking a dynamic General Manager. We are looking for experienced candidates with leadership skills who are willing to work hard in a very fast growth industry.
Requirements:
10+ years in Management within manufacturing of custom components including assembly and procurement
MUST have solid P&L experience
Will be able to perform high level reporting and feedback to business unit leadership
Monitor and supervise staff
Manage operational costs, oversee cash management
Oversee facility operations
Responsible for day to day management to achieve budgeted operating profits and working capital targets
Manage QMS (Quality Management Systems) to ensure compliance
Maintain and drive KPI's for safety, profitability, quality and delivery
