With over 80,000 units in their growing portfolio worth over $57 billion, this role will allow you to work alongside some of the most experienced individuals in the multifamily space.

Your new role

As the General Manager, you will oversee the overall operations of a 250+ unit ultra-luxury rental/condo building in the heart of the South End area of Boston. The General Manager will be supported by a staff of 18 including an AGM, Leasing Agent, and a full maintenance team.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for the General Manager position in Boston, candidates will possess the following:

• Strong background in residential property management (5+ years)
• Luxury rental experience preferred, condo experience a plus
• Well-versed in creating and analyzing budgets
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)

What you'll get in return

In addition to working with a renowned residential developer, owner/operator, the General Manager will be offered a salary of $140-147K, 20% bonus, 401K with a 50% match on up to 4%, tuition reimbursements, generous PTO plan, and a comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, vision, etc.
