- Provide leadership and support to restaurant staff, helping them to achieve their goals.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Manage budgetary and financial responsibilities for the restaurant.
- Address and resolve customer and employee concerns promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address any issues.
- Support talent development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR) is a plus.
