Job Description

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations of a single restaurant location within the Louisville, Kentucky area. Your primary goal will be to ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds performance standards in terms of quality, service, and profitability. You will lead and support the restaurant staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure consistency in service and quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve overall performance and profitability.
• Provide leadership and support to restaurant staff, helping them to achieve their goals.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Manage budgetary and financial responsibilities for the restaurant.
• Address and resolve customer and employee concerns promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address any issues.
• Support talent development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR) is a plus.
