**This is a full time permanent role**

**Must have multi-plant corrugated packaging experience**

The Role:

Our global leading corrugated packaging manufacturing client has an exciting opportunity for a General Manager.

Job Duties:

• Position reports to the Region General Manager and manages a direct staff including Manufacturing Manager, Complex Controller, and Sales Manager.
• Sales, including local sales, customer service, and partnering with region sales manager to establish and meet facility sales goals, identifying and targeting market segments, deploying division pricing strategy
• Accountable for profit and loss of two or more facilities. Manufacturing, including throughput, cost and waste control, maintenance, quality, inventories control and meeting budgeted production metrics
• Strategic Planning, including business, marketing and capital planning processes
• Human Resources, including workforce engagement, diversity, recruiting and hiring, employee and leadership development and employee labor relations
• Financial Management, including establishing and managing budgets and compliance with financial controls
• Environmental, health and safety, including company policy and laws, state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years corrugated experience
• BS or Equivalent Experience preferred
