General Manager

Rapidly growing Regional Waste Hauler has an immediate opening for a General Manager for one of its locations in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. This position will oversee daily operations, including scheduling, training, routing, and customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to lead and motivate a team. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required, with experience in the waste management industry considered a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software is also desired. This is an ideal opportunity for an Operations Manager looking for an opportunity to move up or for a seasoned GM looking for an opportunity to rekindle his/her passion for the business working for a growing company. Our client offers a base salary in the $90-$110k range, plus 10% bonus potential. Relocation assistance is available.
