Job Summary
The General Manager will be responsible for the daily operations and business functions of one of our franchise location in Johns Creek with opportunity for growth into higher positions. This includes a strong focus on Membership Sales, Customer Service, and Suggestive Selling. The position reports directly to our Owner who oversees all operations and works closely with our Corporate Executives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the daily business cycle of the clinic through staff oversight, customer service, sales building, teamwork, and clinic upkeep/maintenance
Lead staff in promoting Membership Sales, Suggestive Selling, and Stellar Customer Service
Assist in the development of growth strategy focused both on financial gain and expanding the brand including new streams of revenue with the guidance of Owner
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Monitor reporting of sales, revenue, invoices, etc
Manage bi-weekly scheduling and payroll functions
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Focus on the Company's Core Values in decision making
Job Specifications
Required
Must have general sales/marketing experience
Minimum
The candidate should have a Bachelor degree (preferred) or equivalent business experience in the medical, sales, retail, or fitness industries
Reliable transportation to/from the clinic and local areas for offsite events and/or house calls
Preference will be given to candidates with previous medical or spa related experience
Must be able to work 8hr shifts 5x a week at a minimum of 40 hrs, with occasional weekend shifts
Skills And Abilities
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to prioritize assignments and projects in an efficient and timely manner
Ability to keep calm and focused under stressful situations including customer facing, medical emergencies, and product/staff shortages
Moderate computer skills including knowledge of MacOS, Apple iOS, Microsoft Office, Google Docs. Experience with online based software Booker, Gusto, or Square is a plus
High energy with great history and expectations of success without a fear of failure
Supervisory Responsibilities
Clinic level staff including our Registered Nurses and Wellness Consultants (Sales/Customer Service)
