Position Overview:

As the Revenue Director for our Real Estate Division, you'll spearhead revenue and market share expansion strategies within your designated territory. You'll be pivotal in driving growth by strategically utilizing our organizational assets and resources, ensuring we meet and exceed revenue targets. This role demands a keen understanding of regional trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities effectively. What You'll Do:

  • Drive the transformation of a mid-sized product into a high-growth powerhouse, scaling revenue from its current state to exceed $100M, positioning it as a market leader within the real estate industry
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies and market share goals to drive growth within Colibri’s real estate ecosystem.
  • Utilize customer-centric metrics and KPIs to refine growth strategies, encompassing pricing, upsell/cross-sell initiatives, product bundling, and sales channel optimization.
  • Continuously research and analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and emerging opportunities to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, break down strategic problems, and provide innovative solutions.
  • Optimize distribution channels to maximize market penetration and enhance market share.
  • Monitor competitive activities within your region and devise proactive action plans to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Communicate insights effectively to key stakeholders and ensure alignment on business performance.
  • Forecast revenue performance on a weekly and monthly basis, identifying and addressing performance gaps promptly.
  • Conduct business development activities to foster revenue and market share growth, leading initiatives from initiation to closure.
  • Lead and engage in cross-functional meetings to drive execution on key priorities and initiatives.
  • Take ownership of territory revenue management, including revenue growth strategy, business development, performance tracking, and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of the Regional Growth Playbook, leveraging successful strategies from other regions to scale within your territory.


What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Proven track record (5-7 years) in product, marketing, revenue management, and P&L ownership.
  • Experience working in a Private Equity-backed company is essential.
  • Strong background in consumer and customer insights, with expertise in pricing strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Marketing, Business Administration, or Finance) required.
  • Prior experience in E-commerce is required.
  • Familiarity with industries employing B2C distribution channels, with a preference for experience in Retail, For-Profit Education, or Education Technology. Additional B2B experience is also desirable.
  • Deep understanding of the Real Estate business landscape is highly desirable.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
  • Naturally competitive with a passion for achieving results.
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and curiosity.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment with attention to detail.
