In addition, you will be responsible to ensure profitability by forecasting and managing the budget, identifying market trends, and ensuring quality control. The General Manager is also responsible for developing relationships with industry professionals resulting in new business opportunities. The General Manager will coach, motivate, and lead all team members to meet all revenue and customer service goals. Duties and responsibilities:
Implement strategic business plan and formulate policies
Allocating budget resources, ensure that company and job budgets are maintained and met
Exceed company targets for sales, net profit, quality ratings and customer satisfaction
Provide vision, leadership and discipline regarding long term growth
Communicate clearly
Manage and prepare financial reports

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, marketing, operations, etc.)
Strong leadership and management skills
Valid drivers license

Proficient in technologies such as smartphone, tablet, Microsoft Office, etc.
Must be willing to work flexible hours as required by the position
