Job Description

Looking for a temporary skilled maintenance person to help with turning apartment units and maintenance requests. Looking for a jack of all trades master of none type of person for a 2-3 months.

Job Description:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Repair minor issues, equipment's and buildings
  • Maintain a clean and a safe work space
  • Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
  • Landscaping outside work, mowing
  • Light Plumming & Electrical

Landscape equipment knowledge/operation, interior/exterior painting,

$23 - $25/hr.

8:00am - 4:30pm Mon - Fri
