General Laborer

Job Description

We are currently seeking candidates for full time production positions in our Broadview facility. These positions are Monday-Friday 8am – 4:30pm.

We are looking for motivated individuals who can perform a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Responsible for performing production work in different departments as assigned in the factory.
• May perform any other misc. operations as required to perform the overall job requirements.
• Follow detailed verbal/written assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Read and understand work orders and assembly instructions.
• Prepare and assemble materials and parts.
• Move, process, and organize materials and manufactured products.
• Operate hand power tools, soldering, Resistance Welding.
• Perform quality control checks.
• Properly fill out basic forms, reports, and label products correctly.
• Be able to communicate and work effectively with others.
• Report any problems with quality, processes, equipment, and material to Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
• Be able to lift and or move up to 50 lbs.
