General Counsel Associate - Supply Chain Management:

Prisma Health has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a General Counsel Associate - Supply Chain Management. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide independent, competent, timely legal advice and assistance to Prisma Health and its affiliates in the area of Supply Chain Management. The Assistant General Counsel will manage the contracting workload and processes for Supply Chain and other legal activities for Prisma Health. The ideal candidate will have strong legal and business acumen, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams

Job Responsibilitie

  Provide legal review, advice and drafting in negotiating commercial contracts for Supply Chain Management for the acquisition of goods and services, such as purchase, rental, services, consignment, and evaluation agreements for Prisma Health, assuring consistency with business terms, policies, and regulatory requiremen
• ts.Provide legal review, advice and drafting in negotiating software licenses, SAAS and technology agreements, assuring consistency with business terms, policies and regulatory requiremen
• ts.Provide legal advice in relation to applicability of Anti-kickback statute and regulations in contracting matte

Minimum Requireme

• nts:Education/Licensure: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is required and admission to practice law in South Carolina or another state or the District of Columbia with the ability to obtain a limited certificate of admission for in-house counsel in South Carol
