Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Game Director. The Game Director will be responsible for overseeing the creative vision and development of video games. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define gameplay mechanics, design levels, create characters, and develop engaging storylines. The Game Director will also provide feedback and guidance to the development team throughout the production process.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience at a leading gaming studio.
Strong passion for video games and knowledge of the gaming industry
Proven experience in game design and development
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
Understanding of game mechanics, level design, and storytelling
