Responsibilities
Dive into engaging customer projects, serving as a Regulatory Business Analyst.
Share your expertise by recommending cutting-edge solutions tailored to meet client needs.
Lead the charge during the definition and design phases of implementation processes.
Bridge the gap between system functionality and customer requirements through insightful analysis.
Be the go-to person for training customers on our application functionality, ensuring they're equipped for success.
Tackle challenges head-on, identifying and resolving business and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with our talented team members to drive project success and exceed client expectations.
Showcase your skills during demo preparations and project estimating to support our Sales team.
Qualifications
Bring at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Life Sciences regulatory areas.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, business, or a related field (a Master's or MBA is a plus!).
Demonstrate expertise in Government Pricing, Discount Reallocation, Medicaid, and other regulatory areas.
Experience with enterprise software implementations is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new concepts and technologies quickly.
Agile methodology knowledge is a bonus!
