Associate Director of Student Life

Role Overview
The Associate Director of Student Life plays a pivotal role in overseeing the holistic student experience. This includes managing residential life, career planning, health & wellness, and vibrant student activities. You'll collaborate closely with students, families, and academy staff to ensure a supportive and enriching environment.
Key Responsibilities
Residential Life:
Supervise residential staff and coordinate housing logistics.
Maintain facilities and support student accommodations.
Career Planning
Guide students in their professional development and job search processes.
Facilitate connections for auditions and applications.
Health & Wellness
Partner with healthcare providers to support student well-being.
Develop and implement wellness programs in collaboration with academy leadership.
Student Activities
Oversee academic support and coordinate enrichment programs.
Manage student events and facilitate community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.
3-5 years of experience supporting students, preferably in an educational or arts setting.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of dance or ballet terminology preferred.
Work Environment
Office-based role with flexibility for evening and weekend commitments.
