At KnowBe4, we are transforming internal operations with advanced AI solutions. As a Full Stack Developer, you will design and implement Python and Node.js applications, leveraging AWS technologies like Bedrock, Lambda, EventBridge, Kinesis, and more. Your work will integrate with systems such as ServiceNow, Slack, Salesforce, Netsuite, and Zendesk, creating innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and user experiences for our internal teams. This role is pivotal in driving our internal technological advancements.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices.
  • Integrate applications with systems such as ServiceNow, Slack, Salesforce, Netsuite, and Zendesk
  • Develop standalone or integrated user interfaces.
  • Perform prompt and RAG engineering to develop AI-driven APIs
  • Collaborate with PMO and cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new solutions
  • Ensure performance, quality, and scalability,. security, and responsiveness of applications
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Proven experience with JavaScript and Python.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services, particularly AWS Lambda, Bedrock, ECS, Kinesis, SNS, SQS, and DynamoDB.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
  • Proficient in JavaScript and Python programming languages.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React.js preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of the Linux operating system.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
  • Understanding of security best practices in web development

The base pay for this position ranges from $110,000 - $119,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
