Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full Desk Recruiter to join our dynamic team on a commission-based structure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both client development and candidate recruitment, with the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Development:
Identify and engage potential clients to understand their staffing needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Present recruitment solutions to clients and negotiate terms of service
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
Candidate Recruitment:
Source and attract candidates using various methods (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
Full Desk Management:
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions in the CRM system
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates
Meet or exceed individual and team recruitment targets and KPIs
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Full Desk Recruiter or similar role in a recruitment agency
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
Proficient in using recruitment software and CRM systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Compensation:
