Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full Desk Recruiter to join our dynamic team on a commission-based structure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both client development and candidate recruitment, with the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Development:
    • Identify and engage potential clients to understand their staffing needs
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
    • Present recruitment solutions to clients and negotiate terms of service
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
  • Candidate Recruitment:
    • Source and attract candidates using various methods (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
    • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
    • Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process
    • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Full Desk Management:
    • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions in the CRM system
    • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates
    • Meet or exceed individual and team recruitment targets and KPIs
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Full Desk Recruiter or similar role in a recruitment agency
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
