Front Office Manager (Lobby Experience Manager)

Join our team of elite hospitality professionals at the newly built, state of the art, KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona. KPMG Lakehouse boasts 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 sq/ft of multi-purpose meeting space, along with 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500+ seat three meal venue that features 8 diverse culinary experiences.

Front Office Manager responsibilities include:

  • Build, train, and develop a team of skilled individuals to maintain all facets of the participant lobby experience
  • Evaluate departmental staffing needs and creatively develop colleague schedules to ensure effective lobby coverage at all times on property
  • Work closely with other departmental leaders to address lobby experience issues in a quick and efficient manner, and develop and implement systems to proactively identify facility participant needs
  • Evaluate team member productivity within department, and identify opportunities to enhance colleague efficiencies and the participant experience through a personalized approach

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience in rooms management
  • Refined oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants and facility business partners
  • Established experience as a team leader, with proven ability to strategically install practices to achieve business goals
  • Be computer literate and fully conversant with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
