Front Office Manager Qualifications And Requirements
Minimum of five years hotel experience in either Rooms or Food and Beverage, including at least three years as a Department Head in Rooms Division
5+ years experience in a luxury hotel
Create lasting experiences for every guest
Collaborator, Problem-solver, Leader and strong interpersonal skills
All aspects of overseeing the entire Front Desk, Concierge, Lobby, Bell Services, and Reservations
Coaching team members and promoting departmental cohesion
Prepare annual budgets and ensure that the team is fulfilling hotel service standards
