• Host: St. Regis Aspen
• Location: Aspen, Colorado, USA
• Department: Rooms Division (Front Office)
• Pay Rate: $17 per hour
• Duration: 12 months
• Start Date: October 2024

Job Description:

• Welcome and check-in guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist guests with check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and pleasant departure
• Handle guest inquiries, providing accurate information, and address guest complaints or issues promptly and courteously
• Manage guest reservations and modifications efficiently
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
• Uphold W Philadelphia’s standards of service and hospitality
• During training, ensure to follow all the Hotel's health and safety protocols

About you:

• Conversational English required;

• Must be a current student of a Hospitality or Tourism / Culinary Arts post-secondary academic institution;

• Or recent graduate (less than 12 months ago) of a Hospitality or Tourism / Culinary Arts post-secondary academic institution;

• Or a graduate of a Hospitality or Tourism / Culinary Arts post-secondary academic institution (more than 12 months ago,) with 12 months of verifiable related work experience;

• Or must have 5 years of verifiable related work experience.
