Role Description
We are currently seeking a Full-time Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Hotel Indigo Detroit Downtown in Detroit, MI. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This on-site role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team. Qualifications
Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong IHG experience is a must
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in computer systems and hotel reservation software
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus
